Satish Kumar Narayanaswamy is a highly experienced software engineering leader with over 24 years of experience in the IT industry. He is a people person and has successfully built and led high-performance organizations. He has provided strategic leadership in product development and quality engineering and is skilled in kick-starting and managing teams with different technical needs, nurturing talents, identifying and retaining key talent, planning resources and growth. Currently, Satish is the Director of Software Engineering at AMD India, where he has been for the past 13 years. He has been the recipient of the AMD CEO Next 5% award twice. In his previous roles, he worked at Churchill Software Solution India Pvt Ltd, Oracle, and Impelsys. At Oracle, he worked on quality engineering of all Oracle Enterprise products, and at Impelsys, he led the development of its niche product iPlatform for publishing technology. At AMD Bangalore, Satish owns and drives various projects, including CPU library optimization, debug tools, UX/UI engineering, and DevOps. He has also managed client manageability solutions and solutions teams for the commercial client space in the past. Satish is well-versed in various technologies, including C, AngularJS, CI/CD, test, integration, UI, DevOps, web, and designer. Satish has a BE in Computer Science from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, a PUC from Vijaya College (Bangalore), and an SSLC from Vijaya High School (Bangalore). Moving forward, he aspires to play the role of Business Unit Head in a Product Engineering company that will provide him with an opportunity to utilize his organization management technical skills. Satish is currently hiring for individuals who are good in C/C++ and like optimization work or have full-stack .NET developer experience (.NET Core, Angular, Database).
